Refund & Return Policy

BMS Partners LLC ("BMS") is committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel and merchandise. Because our products are custom-made, the following refund and return terms apply.

1. Custom Product Policy

All custom-printed products are made to order and are final sale once production has begun. Items produced to customer specifications (design, size, color, quantity) are non-refundable once production begins. This is considered standard due to the inability to resell customized goods.

As such, BMS does not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Customer preference or change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Design, spelling, or layout errors present in customer-submitted artwork or approved proofs

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

BMS will offer a reprint or refund, at our discretion, if any of the following occur:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors that differ from the approved proof
  • Incorrect product, size, color, or quantity supplied
  • Damage incurred during shipping
  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The print does not match the approved proof
  • Printing errors caused by the manufacturer (not the customer's artwork)

3. Proof Approval Is Binding

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs prior to approval. Once a proof is approved:

  • BMS is not responsible for errors present in the approved design
  • Approved designs are considered final and binding
  • Errors present in an approved proof are usually not eligible for refund

Once a customer approves a digital or physical proof, responsibility for design accuracy generally shifts to the customer.

4. Reporting an Issue (Claims Window)

To be eligible for resolution, customers must:

  • Notify BMS within 10 business days of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • Include the original order number and description of the problem

Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

5. Resolution Process

Upon verification of a valid claim, BMS may:

  • Reprint the affected items at no additional cost
  • Issue a full or partial refund for the defective portion of the order
  • Provide store credit, where appropriate

BMS reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution. Most companies reserve the right to reprint before issuing a refund. Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the scope of the issue.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is attributable to BMS, return shipping (if required) will be covered by BMS.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for completed and correctly fulfilled orders.

7. Policy Updates

BMS Partners LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
